| Built at an original cost of over $1 million in 1989, the Orange Tree community leisure-time complex and recreation center a 3-1/2 acre complex overlooking Lake Marsha, one of the 10-cleanest lakes in Orange County, Florida. The focal point of the complex is a 5,000 square foot recreation center, featuring a swimming pool and spa, Tot Lot, four (4) tennis courts, two (2) racquetball courts, volleyball and basketball courts and picnic shelters. The contemporary design of stucco with a barrel-tile roof was selected to blend with the single family estate homes and golf villas within the Orange Tree community. The building includes a large assembly room with stage and special lighting which is used for homeowner meetings and other community events. There are full baths including "his" and "her" saunas as well as a hobby room, small conference room, exercise room and a kitchen. We continuously strive to make the Rec Center a safe place for the entire family to enjoy. The Rec Center is also available for rental for special events such as birthday parties, weddings, etc. |
